Is Cleansery® a contract manufacturer or a private label supplier?
No. We don't own a factory — we run product development and manufacturing across 225+ vetted facilities in Europe, matching the right one to each product. For a brand that means one point of contact instead of a dozen suppliers, access to every category, and a plan B that no single factory can offer.
What's the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product and the facility; a typical first run is around 2,000 units. We can also match facilities to smaller batches when your stage calls for it — the run should fit your sales, not someone else's line economics.
How long does a new product take?
Usually 4–8 months from brief to delivery depending if this is modification of base formula or a custom formula development.
Subsequent products in the same category move faster, because the lab, documentation and packaging chain are already in place.

Can you take over production of an existing product from our current supplier?
Yes. We start with an audit of what you have — formula, documentation, packaging — and move production without stopping sales. It's one of the most common reasons brands come to us.
What is the difference between Cleansery® and a typical cosmetics factory?
A factory owns one stage: manufacturing. The formula comes from their catalog; packaging, testing, documentation and the store are on you. We own the whole process — and we don't have our own line, which means we match the facility to the product instead of the product to the facility. In practice that's three things: every category under one contact, as many sample rounds as it takes (record: 58 formulas in one project), and a validated backup facility for every product. Factories are great at making things — but manufacturing is one of a dozen parts of a brand.
